What do the order statuses mean?
- Placed — we've received your order and are verifying payment.
- Confirmed — payment is verified and your order is being prepared.
- Delivered — your order has been completed and sent to you.
- Cancelled — the order was stopped. Contact support if you weren't expecting this.
Where do I find my Order ID?
It's in the confirmation email we sent after checkout and looks like
ACC-20260914-XXXXXXXX. Can't find it? Use the Forgot Order ID
tab above and we'll email you all your orders.
My order has been "Placed" for a while — what now?
Payments are checked manually, which can take a little time. If it has been
longer than you expected, message us on Telegram with your Order ID and we'll look into it.
